Height Extension – Exhibitors who wish to build higher than the standard height must order a height extension. The cost is 19,900 SEK, and the fee will be invoiced by Live Expo.

Create your own list of trade show attendees
Create added value for existing and potential customers, expand your network, and meet them face-to-face during the event. Log in to MyEasyfairs and share your personal invitation link with customers and prospects. Through the link, they can register for Retail Technology free of charge.
When a visitor registers using your personal link, you can track the results in MyEasyfairs. There, you’ll get an overview of your registered guests and can plan meetings ahead of the event.
Log in to MyEasyfairs
You can log in to the MyEasyfairs exhibitor portal using the email address you provided when you booked your booth. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily request a new one via “Forgot password?”.
Features in MyEasyfairs
In MyEasyfairs, you can, among other things: register the staff who will be working at the booth; invite existing and potential customers using your personalized registration link; track which guests have registered via your link; manage booth information; and prepare for the event
Remember to register your booth staff well in advance of the event so that name tags can be picked up easily upon arrival on move-in day.
The Leads scanning
Exhibitors can purchase lead scanning as an add-on service to scan visitors at their booth. Contact information is automatically collected as leads in your exhibitor portal.
The service costs 3,900 SEK, excluding VAT, and can be used on an unlimited number of devices.
Note: You do not need to download an app. Instead, use the login credentials you receive after purchasing the service.
